Are you seeking therapy that's trauma-informed and honors YOU? Welcome, I'm Sherry, a therapist who believes deeply in the possibility of healing, transformation, and renewal.
I bring an affirming, trauma-informed & relational lens to the work we do together. While I'm here to be your ally in creating a life that feels meaningful to you, I care about what has happened to you and the stories that have shaped you as a human. I value authenticity, both yours and mine, and I welcome folks of all identities, histories, and ways of being. I’m committed to supporting individuals with a wide array of beautiful identities, including those navigating the complexities of the many intersections that shape who we are. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up as your full self.
My work is especially supportive for neurodivergent clients and those holding LGBTQ+ and marginalized experiences, or layered intersections of identity. Therapy is a space where you can feel seen and supported as your full self.
In my non-therapist time, I enjoy finding beauty in life through music, plants, art, and connection with nature. Some identifiers are neurodivergent, queer, parent, social justice, ally to BIPOC communities, believer that therapy should be accessible to anyone. If any of this resonates, I hope you'll reach out.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or just the weight of being human, I invite you to reach out if you out if you want to connect and explore what support could look like.
