Carl Jung
I know firsthand that life's complicated and sometimes you don't have one specific reason for coming to therapy (or maybe you do) and that's perfectly fine! I value being authentic, approachable, curious and flexible in my work, offering therapy that can adapt to what's important to you.
Some of the common concerns I work with include anxiety, complex and developmental trauma, childhood and attachment wounds, chronic stress, identity-related stress, and anyone wanting a safe space to navigate “life.”
I often work with autistic and ADHD individuals, those in early phases of exploration or late-diagnosed, LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating neurodiverse relationships. The neurodiversity paradigm is important to me, and means I do not believe that being autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent is a flaw or deficit, but another way of being human.
In therapy, this means shifting away from trying to “fix” who you are, and instead learning how to understand, support, and work with your lived experience, history, and nervous system.
For clients interested and when it's a good fit, I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). You can learn more about EMDR here.
I provide online therapy & EMDR via Telehealth for clients of all ages throughout California and regionally, in Riverside County, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Idyllwild, Hemet, Temecula, Moreno Valley, Riverside, and surrounding communities.
Telehealth allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space using HIPAA-compliant Zoom sessions. This option is especially helpful if you're balancing busy schedules, living in a more rural area, or seeking care without the stress of commuting or circling around the parking lot trying to find a place to park. You can join our sessions from your safe space and I love clients' pets and they are always welcome in our sessions!
This is a safe space for clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences, where you’re invited to show up as you. To learn more about me, click here. I know choosing a therapist can be hard, but if anything here resonates with you, feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
I believe that cost should never be a barrier to receiving the care you need. As part of my commitment to making therapy accessible, I reserve space for a few sliding scale clients through Open Path Collective who have a need for a reduced rate. Please email me to explore sliding scale options.
Consultations are always free, to see if it feels right for you. Serving all of California online, and regionally, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Beaumont, Joshua Tree, and nearby communities.
